IN the Coach Zone (ITCZ) exists to expand access to leadership development for individuals navigating life and career transitions—particularly those shaped by service and public responsibility.
For many people in transition, professional coaching and leadership support are most needed at moments of uncertainty, disruption, or identity shift. Yet during those same moments, meaningful support is often inaccessible due to cost, timing, or competing responsibilities.
ITCZ was created to help close that gap.
ITCZ offers coaching-informed leadership development experiences designed to support reflection, clarity, and self-leadership during change.
Through individual and group coaching, facilitated conversations, and structured leadership development experiences, ITCZ creates space for people to pause, recalibrate, and move forward with intention.
This work is not clinical or therapeutic in nature.
It is grounded in leadership development, self-awareness, and whole-person growth.
ITCZ serves individuals navigating transition across three communities:
Each group brings unique lived experience, responsibility, and identity shaped by service. ITCZ is designed to meet these individuals as people—not as roles, labels, or case studies.
ITCZ is guided by values that shape how we engage, design programs, and steward trust:
These values inform both our work and our partnerships.
This distinction allows ITCZ to remain mission-focused, inclusive, and accessible.
Providing access-based leadership development requires thoughtful stewardship. ITCZ is sustained through partnership and support that allow this work to remain accessible to individuals who may not otherwise afford professional coaching services.
Sustainability enables ITCZ to continue serving with integrity, consistency, and care.
